Shipping
Our motion platforms are built from heavy-duty steel and commercial-grade materials to ensure long-term durability. Each unit ships in two boxes for easier handling and protection during transit.
We partner with FedEx and DHL Express for door-to-door delivery—including full tracking and insurance.
Typical delivery time: 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation.
Your total shipping cost at checkout reflects the exact carrier rate—we never add extra handling or hidden fees.
⚠ Note: While a single person can move the boxes, these are not lightweight parcels. Each shipment weighs approximately 73 lb (33 kg) and measures about 24 × 18 × 14 in (60 × 45 × 35 cm).
International Taxes & Duties
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any applicable VAT, import duties, or brokerage fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering. Our team is happy to help with documentation or questions about your shipment.
Warranty
Every DOF Reality® M2 platform includes a 1-year full manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor for any defects in materials or workmanship.
For additional peace of mind, you can purchase an Extended Warranty (+1 Year) to extend protection beyond the standard term.

Extended Warranty applies only to DOF Reality-made products and options. It does not cover third-party accessories (e.g., SRS, Sparco, PFT) sold on our site.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refund Eligibility
When purchasing either a customized or non-customized product, customers are eligible for a refund only if the product is not functioning properly and cannot be restored to working condition through troubleshooting efforts between the buyer and the seller.
Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind returns.
All shipping and return-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. When returning a product, the customer must ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, the reimbursement will be issued within 20 days to the original payment method.
