Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.

What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

How long is handling (processing) time?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

How long is transit time and total delivery time?

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday). Total estimated delivery time: 6 to 9 business days (processing + transit). Weekend delivery is not available.

Which carriers do you use?

We use reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, based on your location, order size, and weight.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track here: https://simletics.com/apps/track123 or enter your tracking number on the carrier’s official website.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@simletics.com or +1 (740) 688-6673. Changes may be possible if your order has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

What if my package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged?

Contact us right away. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

What items are eligible for return?

  • In original condition
  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

How do I request a return or refund?

  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. The return address will be provided only after your return has been approved.
  4. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.
  5. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method.
  6. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item and are issued to the original payment method.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. We accept exchanges for eligible items. Please contact us to start an exchange request.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the order must be returned after delivery.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.
